CALGARY, AB – Members of the Calgary Centre Federal Liberal Association met Friday, November 28 and nominated Kent Hehr as the Liberal Party of Canada candidate in Calgary Centre for the next general election.
Kent has served in the Alberta Legislature as the Member for Calgary – Buffalo since 2008. Kent serves as the Alberta Liberal Party’s critic for Education, Energy, Finance, as well as several other portfolios.
A lawyer and a community activist, Kent practiced law with Fraser Milner Casgrain prior to serving in the Legislature.
