Posted on June 9, 2014

May 30th, 2014

Dear Liberal Member,

I would like to inform you that, due to the June 30th, 2014 federal by-elections in Fort McMurray – Athabasca and Macleod, the Governing Council of the LPCA has decided to cancel the 2014 LPCA Biennial Convention, scheduled for June 20 – 22. A new convention will be scheduled in the fall. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

The LPCA is hoping to direct all its attention and resources in the month of June towards electing Kyle Harrietha (Fort McMurray – Athabasca) and Dustin Fuller (Macleod)as the first two Liberal MPs from Alberta in nearly a decade.

If you are available to help with door-knocking, phone-calling, or other tasks over the month of June, please let Kyle’s and Dustin’s campaigns know by visiting:

We hope to have preliminary details about a fall Biennial Convention in the weeks to come.
