Eleanor Olszewski Wins the Liberal Party of Canada Nomination for Edmonton Strathcona

EDMONTON – Members of the Edmonton Strathcona Federal Liberal Association met on Sunday, August 17, 2014 and selected Eleanor Olszewski as their Liberal Party of Canada candidate for the next federal election.

Eleanor, a lawyer and partner in the Edmonton office of MLT LLP, has served on the Board of Governors of NAIT, and as a sessional instructor at the University of Alberta. She was named one of the top businesswomen in Edmonton by the Wanderer, a university publication.

Welcoming her nomination, Eleanor said, “I look forward to bringing Justin Trudeau’s message of hope and hard work to the residents of Edmonton Strathcona.  I’m excited to be a part of Team Trudeau, and I will work hard to continue a positive campaign based on integrity and strong values. I am honoured to represent the Liberal Party of Canada in Edmonton Strathcona.”
